Custom Services
Partial RefundsRefunds for services such as web development, eBook creation, and custom design are only available if work has not yet started. Once a project is in progress, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed at the time of the request.

Within 3 DaysAll refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase with full details including order number, purchase date, and reason for the request. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
