Digital Products

Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital downloads — including eBooks, PDFs, templates, journals, and planners — all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Non-Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your purchased product or encounter a technical issue preventing access, you may contact us to request support or a replacement. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no extra cost.

Custom Services

Partial Refunds

Refunds for services such as web development, eBook creation, and custom design are only available if work has not yet started. Once a project is in progress, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed at the time of the request.

Refund Requests

Within 3 Days

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase with full details including order number, purchase date, and reason for the request. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
